About the role

Reed is looking for a driven Legal Recruitment Consultant to join its Manchester office. You will build and manage your own legal recruitment desk, working with leading law firms and in‑house legal teams across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a dedicated legal recruitment desk.
• Build strong relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Source, interview and place high‑quality legal professionals.
• Generate new business through proactive sales and networking.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
