Legal Typist for Court Hearing (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Typist to support a barrister during a court hearing in Mold, Chester from 1st June to 8th June (excluding the weekend). The role also includes a remote virtual meeting on 29th May where you will take accurate typed notes.

Key responsibilities

• Attend the court hearing in person and type detailed notes throughout each session.
• Participate in the virtual meeting on 29th May and provide a complete typed record.
• Ensure all notes are clear, accurate, and delivered promptly after each session.

Required profile

• Legal background or current law student.
• Available for all dates specified, including the full week of the hearing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing.
