Lettings Director – Lead 3 London Brands

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially‑driven Lettings Director to oversee the lettings performance of three established London brands within a single property group. This senior leadership position will shape strategy, drive revenue growth and ensure each brand retains its unique market identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified lettings strategy across all three brands, targeting market share, revenue and portfolio expansion.
• Lead, motivate and develop lettings managers and negotiators across multiple offices, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key landlords, investors and institutional clients, supporting teams to secure major instructions.
• Ensure operational consistency, compliance with lettings legislation and implementation of efficiency‑focused processes.
• Protect and enhance each brand’s reputation, collaborating with marketing to deliver effective campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a senior lettings leadership role, preferably overseeing multiple offices or brands.
• Extensive knowledge of the London residential lettings market.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable revenue growth achievements.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
