• Build quick rapport with customers to create a welcoming, premium experience.
• Uphold brand values and ensure every interaction reflects a premium service standard.

Required profile

• Genuine interest or experience with luxury beauty, make‑up, fragrance and skincare.
• Strong people skills and confidence when connecting with customers.
• Polished, professional appearance and well‑presented approach.
• Previous beauty, retail or customer‑facing experience is highly desirable.
• Proactive attitude with ability to engage customers and maximise sales.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken English.
• Reliability, flexibility and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
