Major Catastrophic Injury Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Major Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to lead and manage high‑value injury and loss cases. The role involves handling a diverse portfolio of Motor, Road Traffic, Employers’ Liability and Public Liability matters while supporting the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage catastrophic injury and large loss cases across a varied caseload.
• Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members as a primary point of contact.
• Contribute to business development and the firm’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in catastrophic injury law.
• Proven experience handling Motor, Road Traffic Accidents, Employers’ Liability and Public Liability matters.
• Strong technical ability or keen interest in catastrophic injury work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads in a commercial legal environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
