Marketing & Events Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing & Events Assistant to join a small, dynamic marketing team in Manchester City Centre. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will help plan, market and deliver a range of online events while supporting broader marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, promotion and execution of online events.
• Update website content and maintain branding collateral.
• Create and schedule social media communications.
• Support internal communications and manage directory entries.
• Collect and present data to demonstrate marketing impact.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for marketing with strong organisational abilities.
• Experience delivering online events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, friendly communicator comfortable handling enquiries.
• Commitment to a career in marketing, ideally with a relevant qualification.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time role, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30.
• Salary £25,000‑£27,000 per year.
