Marketing & Proposals Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Proposals Manager to lead our marketing activity and own the preparation of high‑quality bids, tenders and client proposals. Reporting to the Directors, you will help shape the brand, strengthen market presence and support business development for a fast‑growing property consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and communications.
• Create engaging content such as case studies, capability statements, presentations, website copy, newsletters and thought‑leadership articles.
• Manage digital marketing activities, website content, SEO and social‑media campaigns.
• Lead the preparation of bids, tenders, framework submissions and procurement responses.
• Coordinate technical input from internal teams to produce compelling, accurate submissions.
• Support client presentations, interviews and business‑development initiatives.
• Maintain proposal libraries, marketing resources and CRM information.

Required profile

• Organised, creative and proactive marketing professional with strong written communication skills.
• Proven experience in a marketing, communications, bid or proposals role.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading ability.
• Experience producing tenders, proposals or technical submissions.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
