Marketing Trainee (French Speaking)

About the role

Sandhills East is looking for a bilingual Marketing Trainee to support circulation and marketing activities across the UK and France. Based in Manchester, the role combines customer‑facing work with research on distribution locations and offers a clear pathway to a Territory Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing circulation strategies for European markets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through direct interaction.
• Research and evaluate prospective distribution locations.
• Travel frequently across Europe (minimum 60 days per year) to work with customers.
• Support the marketing team with translation and communication tasks.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (additional languages a plus).
• Valid European driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Professional appearance and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and flexibility to adapt to change.
