Member of Technical Staff

About the role

We are seeking a Product Engineer who will own a product surface end‑to‑end – from the user interface through the backend services to the underlying data model – and ship features quickly for certification‑workflow customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex, stateful workflows for inspection scheduling, technical review, and conformity assessment.
• Own the full product surface, delivering both the UI and the supporting backend and data model.
• Ship functional code to production rapidly, often within the first week of joining.
• Engage directly with customers: read their documents, join calls, and iterate based on real‑world feedback.

Required profile

• Delivered a production‑grade feature or product that real users rely on, not just a prototype.
• Can craft high‑quality user interfaces and dive deep into backend implementation when needed.
• Able to hold a complicated workflow in mind and simplify it for shipping.
• Fast, opinionated shipper who balances speed with good judgement.

Required skills

• Rust
• Go
• Python
• TypeScript
• C++

What we offer

• Equity and compensation that reflects a high bar.
• Ownership of a product surface from day one, working directly with founders.
• Relocation support and visa sponsorship.
• Lunch, dinner, 24/7 gym access and any tools that make you faster.
• A small, high‑trust team with no politics.
