Mortgage Advisor – Home Based, Self-Employed

About the role

This home‑based Mortgage Advisor position is designed for self‑motivated professionals who can generate their own business while benefiting from strong marketing support. You will work remotely, managing a personal diary and building relationships with clients seeking mortgage and equity release solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage business through self‑generated leads and company‑provided leads.
• Support and engage with marketing campaigns that the business invests in.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from pre‑qualification to completion.
• Collaborate with the head‑office team for lead pre‑qualification and distribution.
• Utilise full admin support to streamline lender communications.
• Optionally provide equity release advice when holding the relevant qualifications.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with recent CAS status.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support marketing initiatives.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
