Mortgage & Protection Advisor – No Cold Calling, OTE up to £100k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join a specialist brokerage in Birmingham. The role is office‑based, provides all leads, and offers a clear path to high earnings without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct first appointments and subsequent sign‑ups with clients.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual needs.
• Manage adverse and self‑employed mortgage cases.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Work towards and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Convert provided leads into successful mortgage and protection business.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, especially adverse and self‑employed cases.
• Driven to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle first appointments and subsequent sign‑ups.
• Full UK driving licence.

What we offer

• £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary.
