About the role

Join a well‑established automotive dealership in the West Midlands as an MOT Tester. You will work in a modern workshop environment, following DVSA standards and supporting a busy service team while enjoying a stable, full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out MOT testing in line with DVSA/VOSA regulations.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs efficiently and within standard times.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
• Maintain high attention to detail across inspections and repairs.
• Meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
• Assist the wider workshop team when required.

Required profile

• Qualified MOT Tester with a valid DVSA/VOSA Smart Card.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability.
• Solid automotive background with a stable career history.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
