National Account Executive – Contract Catering (Field-based)

About the role

We are looking for a driven National Account Executive to join our Contract Catering team. This field‑based role works closely with a National Account Manager to support a defined portfolio of key contract‑catering customers across the UK, travelling to sites and building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the National Account Manager to retain and grow existing contract‑catering accounts.
• Travel nationwide to meet on‑site operational teams, understand equipment needs and identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct at least six face‑to‑face customer meetings each week to drive asset replacements, contract conversions and remedial works.
• Support and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and joint business plans with key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal technical, contracts, project and equipment teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑facing experience with a natural ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Highly mobile and willing to travel extensively across the UK.
• Enthusiastic learner with a strong drive for personal development.
• Positive attitude and ability to absorb new information quickly.
