National Sales Manager – Water Enhancement Solutions

About the role

This is a brand‑new national position focused on selling a complete portfolio of water‑enhancement products across the UK. You will work primarily with independent distributors and plumbing & heating merchants, driving new business and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Sell high‑quality water‑enhancement solutions such as filters, taps, anti‑scale products, treatment tanks and filter housings.
• Develop and manage relationships with independent distributors (e.g., Fileder) and major merchants (e.g., Wolseley, BSS).
• Deliver CPD seminars and product training where required.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities as the role is newly created.
• Travel nationally and be based near a major conurbation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in water‑treatment sales.
• Ability to hit the ground running and meet sales targets.
• Tenacious, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

Required skills

• IT literacy.
