New Business & Seller Growth Executive (FMCG)

About the role
We are looking for proactive, results‑driven professionals to join our client’s fast‑growing marketplace team. In this fully remote, fixed‑term position you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑potential FMCG sellers, manage brand partnerships and help scale gross merchandise value on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research and engage prospective FMCG sellers and high‑potential brand partners.
- Lead outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels to initiate commercially‑focused conversations.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand partner needs and communicate the marketplace value proposition.
- Support end‑to‑end onboarding, registration and activation of new enterprise and commercial sellers.
- Assess seller fit and develop strategic growth plans to increase GMV.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing support, relationship optimisation and long‑term success.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to seller acquisition, brand retention and GMV performance.
Required profile
- Proven full‑cycle B2B sales development, account management or strategic partnership acquisition experience.
- Exceptional command of English with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable executing proactive outreach independently in a remote setting.
