New Car Sales Manager – Citroen & Fiat

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our Citroen and Fiat showroom team. You will combine strong sales expertise with a passion for delivering best‑in‑class customer service while developing your team to achieve both individual and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, select and onboard new talent, and develop existing staff.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service and act on digital leads with urgency.
• Oversee showroom presentation, handle enquiries, and manage admin tasks such as profit‑and‑loss reporting and delivery documentation.
• Report financial and registration forecasts to management and regional operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrable sales experience in new‑car retail.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.
• Passion for high‑quality customer service and team development.
