Night Reception Team Member

About the role

Staycity is looking for a Night Reception Team Member to join its front‑desk team and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for guests arriving during the night shift. You will be the first point of contact, representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests during night hours, providing accurate information about the property and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and secure throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage reservations using the property management system.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Staycity’s values and services.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and deliver consistent service quality.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera property management system (training provided if needed).
