Night Supervisor – Deliveries

About the role

You will support the Night Delivery Manager in maintaining a best‑in‑class delivery service from the hub. The role ensures safe, secure and legal operations throughout the night shift while maximising efficiency and on‑time performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support Night Delivery Manager to maintain best‑in‑class delivery service from the hub.
• Oversee safe, secure and legal operations, including marshalling, shunting and pre‑loading of vehicles.
• Ensure pick‑lists are finalised, invoicing is completed and driver paperwork is accurate for on‑time departures.
• Check that schedules and diary tasks are finalised and recorded.
• Carry out effective security checks and maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Support induction of new colleagues and model Booker’s Code of Business Conduct and Win Together behaviours.
• Build and maintain good internal and external working relationships.

Required profile

• Experience working in a fast‑paced logistics or delivery environment, preferably night shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Commitment to health, safety and security standards.
• Ability to lead by example and support team members.
