About the role
We are seeking passionate Nursery Assistants for various roles across Chester and Cheshire West. Flexible shift patterns, including full‑day and half‑day shifts between 7 am and 6 pm, allow you to build a rewarding career that fits around your life.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with room leaders to design creative, hands‑on learning spaces.
- Support children individually or in small groups to enhance their early learning journey.
- Apply EYFS knowledge to guide children safely through daily routines.
- Supervise and engage with children during outdoor play, snack times and mealtimes.
Required profile
- Proven experience working within an early years or education setting.
- Strong practical understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Enhanced Child DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (highly preferred).
