Omnichannel Search Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO manager to lead organic search strategy and execution for a key B2B account, owning technical SEO, content strategy and performance reporting while driving on‑site conversion and AI‑driven search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO strategies aligned with client objectives, conducting keyword research, competitor analysis and market opportunity assessments.
• Lead technical SEO audits, manage migrations, redirect mapping, canonicalisation and structured data implementation, working with developers to deliver fixes.
• Guide content teams on search intent, topical coverage and on‑page optimisation, ensuring content supports traditional and AI‑driven discovery.
• Report on rankings, traffic and visibility, translating data into commercial insights and adjusting strategy for algorithm updates.
• Engage senior stakeholders, manage day‑to‑day relationships and identify opportunities to expand scope.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an SEO‑focused role, agency or in‑house.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with website migrations and familiarity with CRO principles is a plus.
• Awareness of AI‑driven search visibility and structured data importance is desirable.
