Operations Administrator (Remote)

About the role
The Operations Administrator will support the day‑to‑day running of humanitarian relief flights, acting as a key liaison between accounts, suppliers and internal teams. Working remotely, you will help ensure projects progress smoothly from initiation to closure.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with key accounts and suppliers to support new and ongoing relief efforts.
- Reconcile relief and aid projects through to closure in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
- Record all relevant client and supplier information in the company CRM promptly.
- Use internal systems to log and generate operational documentation.
- Produce project reports for specific flight missions as assigned.
- Prepare weekly update reports on new and ongoing relief flights.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible team‑player attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good customer‑relations skills.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Office.
