About the role

Vision Express is seeking a qualified, GOC‑registered optometrist to join its modern Gloucester store. You will work in a fully refurbished environment with the latest equipment, delivering high‑quality eye care to a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess visual health.
• Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and provide appropriate vision solutions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Participate in the TG Pool for flexible overtime opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Strong clinical expertise and a commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work full‑time or part‑time, with flexibility for alternative schedules.
