Oracle Fusion SaaS HCM SME – Remote Contract (Inside IR35)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SaaS HCM Subject Matter Expert for a 3‑month remote contract, working inside IR35. The consultant will lead an architectural review of our current HCM extract and reporting landscape and provide practical recommendations to improve performance, scalability and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive architectural review of Oracle Fusion SaaS HCM extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI and BICC implementations.
• Assess existing bulk data extraction processes, including Business Intelligence Cloud Connector and Bulk Data Extractor.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance, resilience, scalability and maintainability of data‑extract solutions.
• Provide SME‑level recommendations on extract design, scheduling, governance and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with technical, data and business stakeholders to document findings and define a realistic improvement roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong Oracle Fusion SaaS HCM experience in enterprise‑scale environments.
• Deep knowledge of HCM Extracts and outbound integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
• Solid understanding of BICC, Business Intelligence Cloud Connector and bulk data extraction for downstream data warehouses.
• Proven ability to act as a senior SME, challenge existing approaches and deliver clear architectural guidance.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
