Outbound Account Executive – B2B Sales

About the role

We are seeking a driven Outbound Account Executive to join a leading B2B client’s commercial sales team in Birmingham. You will work in an office‑based, high‑performing inside sales environment, focusing on generating new business and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective and existing business customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity.
• Grow existing customer accounts and re‑engage dormant customers.
• Build and manage a healthy Salesforce pipeline.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline updates.
• Participate in regular coaching, training and development.

Required profile

• Proven B2B outbound sales or business development experience.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Strong prospecting and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and target driven.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Commitment to continuous personal development.
