Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency. You will own multi‑channel paid campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, working within a collaborative and ambitious team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Build, scale and optimise Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Manage Paid Social campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest and Spotify.
• Monitor performance, adjust bids, budgets and audience targeting based on data‑driven insights.
• Produce detailed reports and present recommendations to clients.
• Support onboarding of new client accounts and stay up‑to‑date with platform updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Paid Media, PPC or performance marketing.
• Strong track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with additional Paid Social platforms is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
