Paid Social Account Manager – Manchester (Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global media agency to recruit a Paid Social Account Manager for their Manchester office. The role will involve managing paid social campaigns for internationally recognised brands, delivering innovative strategies that drive measurable business results. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with clients and internal specialists across planning, creative and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Develop data‑driven strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor performance, adjust tactics and manage budgets to maximise ROI.
• Produce insightful reports and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the day‑to‑day contact.
• Collaborate with planning, strategy, creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
• Identify and test new platform features, audience strategies and optimisation techniques.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns within an agency or fast‑paced digital environment.
• Strong knowledge of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, reporting and performance analysis.
• Confidence in managing budgets and delivering against client KPIs.
• Excellent communication and client‑management abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and emerging platforms.
