Paralegal – Family Law & Private Client Services

About the role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑focused Paralegal to join a growing Family Law and Private Client Services team in Bristol. You will work alongside experienced solicitors, supporting a diverse client base and contributing to high‑quality legal advice and client care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage legal documentation for family arrangements, separations, financial matters, wills, trusts and estate administration.
• Support solicitors with case preparation, research and drafting of correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, courts, third parties and other professionals.
• Organise case files and maintain accurate records.
• Provide a professional, empathetic and client‑focused service at every stage.

Required profile

• Previous paralegal experience in family law, private client or a related legal environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in supporting clients through significant life events.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
