Paralegal – Legal Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal or Legal Administrator to join the immigration team of an IAA‑regulated law firm in Manchester. The role is permanent and offers the chance to work on a wide range of immigration matters while supporting a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and organise legal bundles and documentation efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Perform printing, scanning and general administrative support for solicitors.
• Provide casework and advocacy assistance across all areas of UK immigration law.
• Liaise with clients, government bodies and other organisations to resolve immigration issues.
• Offer advice, schedule follow‑up appointments and contribute to client outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent legal graduate or qualified paralegal with a keen interest in immigration law.
• Fluency in any of the following languages is an advantage: Turkish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Burmese, Tagalog.
• Eligibility for sponsorship (e.g., holder of a graduate visa with at least one year remaining).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work well within a team.

• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
