Paraplanner – Financial Planning Support (Hybrid, Birmingham)

About the role
The Paraplanner will provide technical and administrative support to Financial Planners within a well‑established independent financial advice firm in Birmingham. Working in a hybrid model, you will help deliver a high‑quality client experience and contribute to the development of tailored financial strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare annual review packs and documentation for client meetings.
- Draft suitability reports and recommendation documents using templated frameworks.
- Assist advisers in designing financial planning strategies and recommendations.
- Build and maintain detailed cash‑flow models.
Required profile
- Level 4 Diploma (essential).
- Advanced proficiency in Voyant Cashflow Planning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
