Paraplanner – Hybrid, Early Friday Finish, £35k-£42k

About the role

Join a growing financial planning practice as an experienced Paraplanner. You will work closely with Financial Planners to deliver high‑quality technical support, helping to create tailored financial solutions while enjoying a hybrid working model and an early finish on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Research pensions, investments, protection and broader financial planning matters.
• Prepare accurate cashflow models to underpin client recommendations.
• Produce bespoke suitability reports and recommendation documents.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, accountants and other professional contacts.
• Support advice implementation, applications and compliance processes.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty principles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management.
• A Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and tax‑efficient planning strategies.
• Excellent report‑writing ability with clear communication of complex information.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and a desire for continuous technical development.
