Part-Time Member Concierge – Weekend

About the role

Join a brand‑new luxury wellness studio in Central London as a Part‑Time Member Concierge working weekends. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to shape a welcoming and elevated experience from day one of the pre‑launch phase.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in members, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Answer guest enquiries in person and via phone, directing them to appropriate services.
• Support daily front‑of‑house operations, including scheduling, payments and studio upkeep.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods.
• Assist with pre‑launch activities, helping to establish service standards and guest journey maps.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Passion for delivering a high‑quality guest experience.
• Availability to work weekends on a part‑time basis.
