About the role

Levi's® is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Store Supervisor to lead the team at The Summit in Birmingham, AL. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the brand’s standards while supporting a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily store sales and performance goals.
• Model sales techniques and coach retail associates.
• Provide product knowledge training to all team members.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years of retail experience in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• At least 2 years in a store management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and train sales associates.
• Strong apparel retail background and customer‑service focus.
• Excellent multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities, especially when interacting with senior leadership.
• Clear communication across multiple channels.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
• Quick learner of new computer programs and retail systems.
