Part‑Time Remote Legal Document Production Specialist

About the role

This is a fully remote, part‑time position supporting an international law firm. You will work 30 hours per week, from 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm GMT, delivering high‑quality legal documents and assisting the wider team.

Key responsibilities

  • Interpret complex briefs, seek clarification when needed and keep the team informed.
  • Review attachments in the DPC inbox and on BigHand Now to ensure relevance and accessibility.
  • Produce a range of legal materials including correspondence, reports, deeds, bundles, bibles and data‑room content.
  • Apply the firm’s house style and follow established systems and procedures.
  • Undertake any additional tasks reasonably requested by the team leader.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a Legal Document Production role within a law firm.
  • Strong technical competence with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, manage several projects simultaneously and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

  • Salary ranging from £28,500 to £30,000 pro‑rata per year.
