About the role

As a Sales Associate at Reiss in Manchester Airport, you will join the retail team on a permanent, part‑time basis. You’ll be responsible for delivering premium customer service and supporting the management team to meet sales and operational targets. The role involves representing the Reiss brand and ensuring an inspiring store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the brand and product range.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Maintain visual standards and act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to see things from the customer’s perspective.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
