About the role

Join a fast‑growing payroll bureau in Manchester as a Payroll Onboarding Consultant. You will act as the trusted guide for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from their previous provider to our modern SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding projects for new payroll customers.
• Conduct parallel runs, reconcile data and verify that client payroll results match previous providers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to configure client settings, run test cycles and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
• Document onboarding procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of the onboarding service.

Required profile

• Strong passion for payroll and a solid understanding of payroll calculations and processing.
• Experience in onboarding or implementing payroll solutions within a bureau or accountancy environment.
• Ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly and deliver excellent customer service.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, growth‑focused team.
