People Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner for a six‑month fixed‑term project supporting our Care Operations Services. Working from home with occasional UK travel, you will partner closely with managers to deliver people‑focused projects that shape how we operate and support our teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a programme of working‑time and rota changes.
• Support organisational restructures and manage TUPE transfers.
• Collaborate with managers on day‑to‑day HR matters and project delivery.
• Own end‑to‑end processes from planning through consultation to implementation, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR support.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching managers and leading complex casework.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• Experience in large, multi‑site organisations, preferably within regulated environments (e.g., CQC, Ofsted).
• CIPD qualification and a solutions‑focused approach.
• Ability to travel across the UK as needed.
• Collaborative, decisive, and calm under pressure.
