About the role
The People & Culture Senior Specialist acts as the operational engine for business partnering, employee relations, recruitment delivery and workforce planning at IFX. Working closely with the People & Culture Senior Manager, the role translates strategy into day‑to‑day delivery across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with managers and teams to understand needs and provide people‑focused solutions, including organisational design and succession planning.
- Manage employee‑relations cases end‑to‑end, advising managers on legal and commercial considerations while maintaining accurate records.
- Own recruitment delivery for a range of roles, supporting hiring managers and improving processes to ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Enable effective use of people systems such as Culture Amp and Pinpoint, and support performance‑management cycles.
- Produce regular MI reports on employee relations and recruitment, analysing trends and highlighting risks.
Required profile
- Solid experience in an HR generalist or People & Culture role covering business partnering, employee relations and recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced fintech or financial services environment.
- Demonstrable track record of managing employee‑relations cases from initiation through to resolution and strong stakeholder‑management skills.
