About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning claims management firm to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Claims Adjuster for their UK operations. This fully remote position will allow you to manage personal injury motor claims from inception to settlement while contributing to a fast‑growing, innovative team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle personal injury and bodily injury motor claims (cradle‑to‑grave), focusing on small complex C claims.
• Apply OIC and MOJ knowledge to assess liability and ensure compliance.
• Exercise delegated authority to make decisions on claim settlements.
• Maintain high productivity in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Provide clear, professional communication with claimants, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling personal injury or bodily injury motor claims.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong desire for continuous professional development and industry qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• OIC (Office of the Information Commissioner) knowledge.
• MOJ (Ministry of Justice) knowledge.
