About the role
An established Manchester law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join its hybrid-working team. You will handle complex, high‑value personal injury litigation, progressing cases from instruction through to conclusion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of Fast Track and Multi Track personal injury claims valued up to £50,000.
- Lead technically challenging road‑traffic accident (RTA) litigation.
- Oversee cost budgeting, case management and high‑value litigation strategy.
- Collaborate with senior litigators and support the development of junior team members.
Required profile
- Extensive experience managing litigated personal injury claims, including Multi Track matters.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Strong drafting ability and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage complex files independently.
- Experience in credit hire litigation and costs management is advantageous.
