About the role

Our client, a leading claimant law firm in Manchester, is expanding its personal injury team. The role offers a high‑quality caseload, robust training, and a transparent bonus structure for qualified solicitors or chartered legal executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employer's liability, occupiers' liability and public liability claims from inception to settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing representatives.
• Attend court hearings and provide advocacy where appropriate.
• Support and mentor junior team members (for senior‑level applicants).

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Experience handling claimant personal injury litigation.
• Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a target‑driven environment.
