Pharmacy Engagement Executive (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a confident, driven Pharmacy Engagement Executive to join Inizio Engage’s on‑site team in Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch. In this fast‑paced, phone‑based position you will contact community and hospital pharmacists across the UK, helping them access valuable educational and promotional resources while securing their e‑consent.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to community and hospital pharmacists throughout the UK.
• Clearly explain the benefits of receiving educational and promotional content.
• Obtain e‑consent in a compliant, professional manner and record all interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle objections confidently and build positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and consent targets.
• Ensure all activities comply with GDPR and ABPI standards.
• Share insights and feedback from conversations with internal teams.

Required profile

• Professional, credible and articulate communicator.
• Target‑driven and results‑focused with a strong work ethic.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage large call volumes.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for logging interactions.
