PMO Lead – SAP S/4HANA Transformation

About the role

The PMO Lead will establish and run the Project Management Office for a large, enterprise‑wide transformation programme driven by SAP S/4HANA and enhanced with digital and AI components. You will work for a global consumer health organisation and be responsible for governance, planning, reporting and risk assurance across the whole programme.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage the programme PMO, including governance forums, reporting, planning, RAID logs and change control.
• Own the integrated programme plan across workstreams, markets and delivery phases, reflecting SAP S/4HANA design, build, testing, mock conversions, deployment waves and cut‑over.
• Track progress, risks, issues, actions, dependencies and key decisions, providing clear status updates to senior leaders.
• Coordinate readiness checkpoints across business, technology, data, controls, security and deployment teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a PMO on large transformation programmes, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA‑enabled transformations and a solid understanding of SAP delivery methodology.
• Strong background in integrated planning, RAID management, governance and stakeholder communication in matrixed environments.
• Ability to provide honest, practical updates to senior leaders and influence without direct authority.
