Primary French Teacher – Part‑time (Fridays)

About the role

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a Primary French Teacher for a wonderful one‑form entry primary school in Canning Town, Newham. The position runs from September 2026 to July 2027 and is based on Fridays only, providing a focused one‑day‑per‑week schedule. You will teach French across Key Stage 2 (Years 3‑6) in a supportive environment with excellent transport links and on‑site parking. The role offers the chance to contribute to the holistic development of young learners while delivering a high‑quality language curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons for Years 3‑6, typically four 45‑minute sessions per week.
• Provide 1‑2 PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) lessons to support broader curriculum goals.
• Assess student progress, maintain records and communicate outcomes to class teachers.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching French at primary level.
• Commitment to prioritising happiness and holistic development of children.
