About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide flexible cover across schools in Birmingham. You will work in early years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, delivering planned lessons and supporting pupils’ progress.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons in line with the host school’s plan.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the individual needs of pupils.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions during cover periods.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching across primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
- Flexibility to work in different schools and year groups.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
