Private Client Senior Manager / Director – Tax Advisory

About the role

This senior position supports the Tax Partner in delivering high‑quality private client tax advisory services for a top‑10 international firm based in the Midlands. You will lead a small team while managing your own client portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate tax advice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Tax Partner in providing comprehensive tax solutions to private clients.
• Lead, coach, and appraise a small team of tax professionals.
• Develop and maintain a personal portfolio of private client accounts.
• Conduct research on complex tax matters and present findings to clients and senior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to deliver integrated advisory services.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of private client tax legislation.
• Proven ability to research and interpret complex tax issues.
• Excellent communication skills across junior to senior levels.
• CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
