Product Management Enablement & Atlassian Lead

About the role

We are supporting a leading financial services client in a major technology transformation programme. The Product Management Enablement & Atlassian Lead will work closely with senior technology leaders, Product Owners, Value Stream Leads and Delivery Partners to evolve product management practices and improve technology ways of working through Atlassian tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Atlassian roadmap and backlog.
• Improve reporting, planning and governance capabilities across the technology division.
• Drive adoption of Atlassian tooling within the client’s Guild‑based model.
• Oversee an external Atlassian implementation partner and provide Jira administration support.
• Develop standards, best practices and governance approaches to increase consistency, visibility and delivery effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong Jira and Atlassian administration experience, including configuration, workflows, screens, permissions, dashboards, reporting, automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering enterprise‑scale Atlassian environments.
• Proven ability to work directly with Product Owners, Value Stream Leads and delivery teams to improve planning, reporting and roadmap management.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors or implementation partners.
• Strong programme and project management skills, handling priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery commitments.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
