Product Manager – AI Agent Development (Italian Speaking)

About the role

Sierra is the leading platform for customer‑facing AI agents, working with major brands. The Product Manager, Agent Development will partner with engineers and customers to build enterprise‑grade AI agents and shape the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of conversations daily.
• Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, present demos, and resolve technical challenges.
• Develop and improve virtual agents to anticipate customer needs and business processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and implement new features essential to customer success.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of product development experience for highly technical products, including senior product‑manager roles.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including executives.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience; MBA or similar business experience is a plus.
• Experience influencing software development through direct interaction with end customers.
