About the role
As a Product Manager in the retail industry, you will oversee the development and management of a product portfolio, ensuring successful launch and performance in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximise profitability and competitiveness.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for PPE products.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance and market analysis.
Required profile
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within the retail industry.
- Knowledge of PPE products and relevant industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Competency in using product management tools and software.
- A background in business, marketing, or a related field.
