Product Manager – Digital & Advertising (12‑Month FTC)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based in London Bridge and offers a hybrid working model (three days on‑site). You will join a high‑visibility product team that builds digital and advertising products at scale, influencing revenue and user engagement across web and app platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve product roadmaps for commercial and advertising technology solutions.
• Lead product discovery activities to identify innovation and optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define requirements and prioritise backlogs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high‑quality digital products.
• Use data and experimentation to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Support the development of dynamic ad experiences and targeting capabilities.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at revenue growth, user engagement and platform scalability.

Required profile

• Strong commercial product‑management experience in digital environments.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end web or app‑based products.
• Experience with product discovery, roadmap planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Confidence working with cross‑functional teams including engineering and analytics.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use insights for product decisions.
• Exposure to advertising technology or programmatic ecosystems is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
