Product Manager – HR Tech Platform (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a fast‑growing global HR technology business. Based in Central London with one day a week of remote work, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of new features for a platform that serves enterprise customers across 140+ countries.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise features and enhancements based on strategy, customer feedback and market demand.
• Write user stories and detailed specifications to guide the development team.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support.
• Help define product vision and roadmap, focusing on AI‑driven innovation.
• Engage directly with customers to validate ideas and shape the roadmap.
• Track key metrics and use data to inform product decisions.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of product management experience in a technology or platform business.
• Experience with HR tech, recruitment, contractor or vendor management solutions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment marketplace, especially contractor/temp hiring.
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Interest in AI applications and solid UX/UI instincts.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
